Way back in 2000 & five years into her entrepreneurial venture of sourcing books for her clients, Parvathy realised that she was not cut out to make business out of selling books. That realisation also prompted her to make a very natural move into the Recruitment industry , where her acquired skill sets could be put to good use. Earlier, she was understanding clients and sourcing books for them and here , she was understanding client organisations and sourcing suitable people for them!
Thus , Cucumber Consultants was born in Sep of the year 2000. There has been no looking back since!
Now, you may wonder, why “Cucumber Consultants” ? What’s in the name ? Ha Ha! Will reserve that for our conversation, when we connect.
Our Dreams With Recruitment being our main staple offering and being in that space for over two decades, our collective dream at Cucumber Consultants is to be the “Preferred Hiring Partner” for every one of our direct client and recruitment affiliate, worldwide. We are committed to our work and hence we know this dream is already fructifying. When that becomes a way of life with every single association, we will then have another new dream. Wait! Is it I who keep telling clients ” Don’t put all your eggs in one basket?” …well…some dreams may stay as dreams though the journey will be worth the while.
Over the years, we have touched millions of lives directly or indirectly , with regard to their professional life. The invaluable experience & insights accumlated over decades coupled with not just the skills but the keen ness in engaging with people, led to yet another dream – To support people discover themselves and pursue their aspirations.
